Food Hygiene

Do you prepare food for other people (not family)? Anything like cricket teas, bowls teas, Wl teas, cake stalls, local community cafe, Country Market produce? If so, you need to hold a Foundation Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene.

Sheila Shakles is our tutor and we are offering a course in Ipswich next month. We apologise for the short notice, but information was on Stop Press last month.

A new refresher course is now available and as soon as we have full details of validity we will let you know. In the meantime, this foundation course is suitable for anyone who hasn't got a certificate or those whose certificate is either lost or old.

The day will start sharp at 9.30am (this is a full day course and won't finish until 4.30 - 5pm) at 22 Orford Street, Ipswich on Monday 15th March 2010.

Please book your place using the back page - courses are open to non-members at the full fee.

£33 (£38 non-members)

This is a superb offer - the course can cost anything up to £75 elsewhere!!

Closing date: 12th February
